Logging In

Accessing the Portal

Open your browser and navigate to your Avitech Cloud billing portal URL. The login page will appear.

Login Fields

Field Description
Email / Username Your administrator email address or username
Password Your account password

Click Sign In to proceed.

Forgot your password?

Click Forgot Password on the login page to receive a reset link by email.

After Login

You land on the Dashboard, which shows a summary of your system — active subscribers, recent payments, device status, and alerts.

The sidebar on the left gives you access to all sections of the portal:

Subscribers All subscriber accounts, plans, subscriptions, communications
Billing Invoices, Payments, Reports
Network Devices, Zones, Active Sessions

Settings System configuration, users, notifications

If you are setting up the portal for the first time:

  1. Create Speed Profiles — Go to Services → Speed Profiles and define your speed tiers (e.g. 10Mbps, 20Mbps, 50Mbps)
  2. Create Zones — Define your coverage zones (e.g. by neighborhood or building)
  3. Add Devices — Register your routers and NAS devices under Network → Devices
  4. Create Plans — Go to Subscribers → Plans and create your service offerings
  5. Add Subscribers — Start adding subscriber accounts and assigning plans

Role-Based Access

Depending on your user role, some sections may not be visible or available. Contact your system administrator if you need access to a section that is not shown.
