Sending Messages to Subscribers

You can send an SMS or email directly to any subscriber from the subscriber list or from their detail page.

Sending to a Single Subscriber

  1. On the Subscriber List, click the actions menu ( ⋮ ) next to the subscriber
  2. Click Send Message
  3. Choose the channel: SMS or Email
  4. For Email, enter a Subject
  5. Type your message in the body
  6. Click Send

Note

The message is sent to the subscriber's registered phone number (SMS) or email address. If either is missing from their profile, that channel will be unavailable.

Sending to Multiple Subscribers (Broadcast)

For bulk messaging, go to the Subscribers → Communications section in the sidebar. This allows you to:

  • Filter your audience by status, zone, router, or service type
  • Preview how many subscribers will receive the message
  • Send SMS or email to the entire filtered group

Tips for Bulk Messaging

  • Use status filter Suspended to notify subscribers with overdue accounts
  • Use status filter Expiring (7 days) to send renewal reminders
  • Always preview the recipient count before sending to avoid unintended mass messages
