  • Check your Mobile Money confirmation message for the transaction ID
  • Contact support with the transaction ID if still not showing

Cannot Log In

  • Ensure your account number/email is correct
  • Try resetting your password
  • Contact support if your account may be suspended

Wrong Amount Charged

Contact support immediately with your invoice number. Do not make another payment until resolved.
