Payment Not Reflecting¶
- Wait 5–10 minutes and refresh
- Check your Mobile Money confirmation message for the transaction ID
- Contact support with the transaction ID if still not showing
Cannot Log In¶
- Ensure your account number/email is correct
- Try resetting your password
- Contact support if your account may be suspended
Wrong Amount Charged¶
Contact support immediately with your invoice number. Do not make another payment until resolved.
